Data scientist/web scraping needed for our company site

We have over 100,000 items and I believe over 10,000 category pages. They are all horribly messy and not structured properly, making it cumbersome and difficult to efficiently extract our website data. Our ERP system does not allow to extract the data native to the platform and we must web scrape.

We need to have every single category, every single sub-category and product extracted. Could you look over our site and let us know if this is possible, please?
