Data scraping from list of websites

I have list of websites, address where:

Youll have to check to see if the firm practices Personal Injury. If they dont practice personal injury, then please skip that firm and move onto the next. Here are some other practice areas that we would include in the umbrella of Personal Injury:
Personal Injury, Mass Torts, Class Actions, Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability

If there are multiple offices, we would like to know the address and phone number of each location. If you can identify which office is the Headquarters, please include that as well.
In instances in which you can see that a contact works from a specific location, please add a distinction saying which office they work from.
If an office has four locations but you cant pin down a certain contact to a specific location, you can assign that contact to the primary address or the headquarters.

We will be looking for contacts with job titles similar to the following:
Partners, Owners, Managing Partners, Attorneys or Associates

PS: I am looking to hire multiple freelancers, you will be paid $.015/ valid entry. You will have the option to work on 1000+ websites, which I expect to be completed within 2 days. So only bid with the amount you think are confident to complete within 48 hours.
If your proposal doesnt answer this, I wont be considering you. Again, this is manual work, and scripting will not work - so bid accordingly
