Data Visualization + Statistics Background (stable job)

We need an expert interactive Data Visualization to present survey results (removed by Toogit admin)
Please answer:
1. What software is the best for this project?
2. Describe your experience
3. Provide example links to similar interactive data visualization
4. What degree do you hold?

We buy in advance 200 hrs from you based on the following terms:

> 45+ hrs a week job, long term job
> $1,000 to $1,600 a month based on your real experience
> It seems like Toogit will deduct only 8%
> Pay grows for the next period
> You must have professional settings, fast internet, no downtime, fast computer, large screen/s, quiet working area, be able to talk English constantly during your shift.
> You should not misrepresent your abilities so we will not get stuck in the middle in which case we will terminate without pay
> You must be on time for your shift
> We will buy all your hours. Therefore, you cant be handling any other projects while taking this job. If your account is active we will be forced to terminate without pay.
