This job is NOT to code or build any model. It is strictly requirements analysis and building up a dev plan.
We are interested in building an AI model that takes a document as input and then answer questions asked by the end user. For example, imagine the input is an invoice, the end user might ask what is the total amount, how much are the taxes, what items are bought, what are the terms. Or input is a job description then questions: what is the job title, who will the employee report to, what does the company do, etc
Successful bidder will need to submit a document consisting of high level technical requirements and answering the following:

-technologies to use (NLP, deep learning, etc) pros and cons of each
-What is needed to achieve the desired model
-What are the resources and skills needed
-What not to do
-Which libraries can be used
