Deployment of the tenant O365 and migration mailboxes.

A specialist is required to deploy the tenant O365 and migrate mailboxes.
The current mail system consists of Exchange 2013 servers and McAfee Email Gateway (Antispam). All servers are hosted in the central data center. Users are distributed in ten locations throughout Europe. Locations are connected to the data center via MPLS. A central proxy is used to access the Internet.
The Active Directory structure consists of two AD forests: Account and Resource. User accounts, servers and workstations are in the account forest, Exchange server - resource forest. The number of mailboxes is about 2000. The average mailbox size is 1.5 GB.
Some users use Outlook 2013 as their email client, another part - Outlook 2016. Employees also have the ability to connect to corporate email using mobile devices. There is no Mobile Device Management platform, but the customer is interested in providing secure access to company resources from mobile devices and is ready to consider possible options.
What should be done:
- Expand tenant O365
- Prepare the infrastructure and move all mailboxes to Exchange Online with minimal influence on the business.
- Configure Antispam, retention policies, transport rules, etc.
- You also need to configure O365 ATP policies.
- Configure and Skype for Business Online (non-hybrid)
- Perform initial configuration of the SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business services according to customer requirements (create a collection site, distribute rights, set up sharing rules, etc.). Migration of data and content is not provided.
- Offer recommendations on how to optimize your network infrastructure to ensure the best quality connectivity to O365 services.
- Offer options for upgrading to the O365 ProPlus
