Design plan for house remodel

Hi,

I am looking for someone to create my site plan for my backyard and front yard remodel so I can take bids from general contractors. I already have as built drawings if needed and have a pretty solid foundation of what I want the design to be. Is this something that you do or have experience in? If so, what is your fee and how long would a project such as this take?
