Designer needed for responsive website

We are looking for a web designer that can help us with a complete website redesign. We will want to start with a specific element of the project first which includes designing templates for online financial modelling tools. If we are happy, we will then give over the entire project.

There are multiple elements to this project and to keep the listing short, here are some key points:
- Final deliverable is in Photoshop
- Designs should be bootstrap friendly
- Designer should have experience developing responsive and stand alone designs for mobile/tablet/desktop websites with complex multiple elements with a focus on creating an exceptional user experience
- Understand not only modern and interactive design but also focus on UX & process flows
- Have a good understanding of cross browser design compatibility
- Excellent and punctual communication skills (email/voice/chat)
- We will provide wire frames as a starting point

As a site note we always need smaller design work done and as such are hoping to develop a long term working relationship with the right candidate.
