Designer to Create a 3d Model of a Consumer Product

Ive recently received a provisional patent for my product (a small mechanical device to help surgery patients with physical therapy). I have some detailed hand sketches (can share after signing an NDA) and am looking for an engineer/designer to create a CAD model/drawings to support the creation of physical prototypes.

Ideally I would like someone with a good understanding design for manufacturing of plastic components and springs.
