Develop an iOS library that should integrate with Android Smart TV

You are required to develop an iOS library that can control via WiFi or Bluetooth Android Smart TVs controls (navigation, volume, power, menu, back etc...).

The goal is for an iOS device (iPhone and iPad) app to be able to control Android TV as a remote control.

There is an app that seems to be able to control Android TV which you can use for research purposes, application link will share with you soon

Considerations
* phone cant be rooted.
* must comply with the App Store Connect guidelines
* the library should be able to control the tv without additional server side app on the tv itself (see how the app i posted above works and copy its network integration somehow via reverse engineering)
