Develop Investor-Ready Financial Model for Startup that is mix of services and marketplace

Our company is a startup providing a mix of services to apartment buildings - some of which we directly provide (e.g. fitness classes) and some of which are provided through a 2-way marketplace (e.g. home cleaning services). We need an investor-ready financial model to help us with:

1) Determining which marketplace business model makes the most sense for us
2) Budgeting and forecasting - e.g. employee salaries, fixed and variable cost etc
3) Operating our business
4) Figuring out how much we need to raise in order to scale
5) Raising Capital
6) Cap Table Tracking

Im looking for someone that has experience and can be both a consultant, researcher, and model builder. We have a few companies we are emulating so youd need to research their financials or model to help us determine if it makes sense to copy what they did.
