Medical Software Company looking website redesign

What were looking for:
An experienced web dev with marketing chops to update our current website in Hubspot with a purchased template . We need someone to work on wireframe, and then migrate the information into the template.
The right developer will have experience in the following:
- Experience transforming website wireframes into responsive web pages
- Experience ensuring websites are high-performing and following SEO best practices
- Libraries, frameworks, languages, unit tests, version control, APIs}
