Develop Shopify App For Public

Need a Shopify App that can change products pricing based on visitors I.P location. So its able to change their currency to a local currency & change the base price to a higher amount or lower amount depending on where they are.

For example:
A user from Canada gets a price of 99.99 (Converted to CAD) for a device
As user from India gets a price of 89.99 (Converted to RUP) for the same device.

This is NOT a private app. I would like it to be available on Shopfys PUBLIC App store so others can purchase the service. It will need to follow all the rules and be integrated into Shopifys SDK and approved.

An understanding of billing and Shopify app Integration will be needed.
