Develop woocommerce checkout further (Shipping plugin etc)

Hello,

We have a brand NEW wordpress/woocommerce website, and we need to add shipping prices
So the website is clean, fresh WP

we need to calculate the shipping price using a Plugin from UPS, TNT, DHL or similar. We do not have a user account at this moment with these companies, and we prefer not to get a user account.

This is possible because we do not want to use the pickup and delivery, we just like to get to know the prices from these plugins. Then someone else will order the pickup, invoicing etc etc. manually

The most important issue here is that we use the tool to generate a shipping price based on the volume and weight of the goods. Please make sure the claculated volume/weight makes sense. All of our products have correct weight and volume dimensions added.
This shipping price must be added to the order.

More tasks we like to accomplish =

-- Install the Promo code plugin and generate a batch of codes that can be used during 1 week this code will add a reduction to the goods. (NOT to the shipping etc)
-- We like to Add an additional standard cost = Pick, Pack & ship = add 15 Euro - has nothing todo with the shipping plugin- just add a seperate labeled cost Picking & packing
-- We like to Add additional dropdown cost = normal order= no cost / Urgent order = add 15 Euro - this additional cost may be generated from the UPS/TNT plugin, but is not needed, It is important that the plugin from UPS is only used to estimate price, but not to actually book it.
All of these costs must be included in the final price.
-- We also like to add a Pickup option - (instead of delivery the option for the user to pickup )
-- Outside Europe If the user chooses any delivery address outside of Europe, then add this message = no automatic order can be made for your delivery destination. We have to calculate the shipping costs individually. We are happy to make create a personal quote for you. AND CHANGE THE CTA BUTTON TO = Request a quote now
-- Depending on the user group, we use paypal immediate payments or we let customers pay after 30 of days and they receive a reduction on the price of the goods. We have already 2 user groups. Please make sure the payment terms and reduction is visualized/implemented properly.
