Develop WordPress site with some API integration

Im looking to develop a WordPress MVP site. It will be a comparison site to get quotes from our partners via API. Note it will not be as complex as in that example, but it gives an idea of the comparison site i am looking to get done.

But, as this is a Minimum Viable Product, it will have only 3 services for now., two of which will connect to other systems via APIs (freight and Forex) and the third is a simple section that will provide document templates for users.

I have the whole project outlined in Jira, and will only work with devs who use GIT so please bear this in mind. I have bought the WordPress theme already and can sort out hosting pretty quickly too.

So In Summary:

1) Install Wordpress theme, configure
2) Connect to third party API...simple query and display result
3) Connect to third party API...simple query and display result
4) Develop section for providing Document templates
5) Use of Bootstrap in WP

Please provide quotes for this work. It must be completed in 2-3 weeks
