Developer for creating software for currency exchange machine

First of all, we looking specialists who ALREADY created similar software for currency exchange automatic machines with further monthly support of this future software !
Need software developer for ATM machines which will provide service like currency exchange.
In other words, we need to create a program , that will help us remotely control ATM for setting exchange currency rates and a program , that will be directly installed on ATM and will accordingly provide a service for customers to exchange currencies. Cash-to-cash only , without bank payments and money transfers overseas for now. Security protection of these future programs , need to connect to TOKEN( offline password generator), OpenID Connect and OAuth 2.0 token.
