Developer needed for creating a back-end and front-end of an e-commerce website. Looking for quota.

We have a Shopify website schoolshark. We want to have a website that can work like the buy section for each college that we introduce to the website. For example, a student from BLANK university be able to search for a page that will bring them to a page for all books posted by BLANK university students along with the majors for each university. We want students to be able to post their books on the website on their own and have the payment process go through us. We want the post to be able to be purchased as if it was on a Shopify website, where the book was posted by the student, then another student wants to buy it so then the book can be purchased and the money go through PayPal or venmo with us and then give the other student shipping information and then when the buyer confirms they have received the book, the money will be released to the seller by us.
