I am in need of a developer or a team of developers. I have a need that is relatively complex but not over the top. I have most of the details of what I want and more will be coming. I will only post some basic details here but will get more specific when talking with you.
I am only in need of experienced developers for this project. I usually dont mind hiring developers who dont have a huge portfolio but this is too important and too big, so I need someone who has experienced developing a major CRM and some of the additional features I need. Any experience with fundraising CRMs is a plus.
I usually prefer to pay a flat price for a project. I put a big budget for this but that doesnt mean I want to spend that much. Cost is not my only factor, I will not take the cheapest bid just because. But it is a factor, so the bid is important.
What I need:
In this platform theres three parties involved:
Me/the website
My clients
Their customers/donors
When I set up an account for my client on the CRM, the CRM creates them their own subdomain on my website.
My clients can then login to their subdomain account, and they can then create pages. These pages will be very simple landing pages. My client will be able to choose from a few templates, pick one, add a title, some pictures, and thats it. It creates a page for them. So if my domain is company.com. Client 1s subdomain is client1.company.com. Client1 can log on and make a 2019 donation page. Client1.company.com/2019
Client can create various pages with various templates. They wont be able to create any html pages or anything else, just simply based on template that the company uploads ahead of time available for all clients.
So while theres a lot to it, theres really not that many functions:
Customers/donors - Ability to simply go to an already set up donation page (integrated via stripe API) and make a donation. Nothing else. Customer never logs in etc.
Clients - Ability to set up, edit, manage various donation pages under their subdomain. Reporting functions on who donates to them, via what page, etc.
Company - Ability to manage all clients and subdomains, all donation pages, all reporting for every subdomain.
Theres some more additional stuff but that is basically most of it.
To make it easy for you to understand the use, think of it kind of like a GoFundMe.com/Crowdfunding website...Someone who wants donations basically makes a donation page simply by adding a title, description and some images. Anyone can easily go and donate.
The difference here is its not Crowdfunding, its not public so you cant know a donation page exists unless the client who made it sent it to them, the client will get a subdomain rather than just a page on the same domain. So rather than company.com/client1/page, it needs to be client1.company.com/page. And not anyone can sign up. Company will create client accounts and there wont be many clients. So there wont be 100 new subdomains being created every day.
I need someone who is reliable, available, experienced and can communicate well. This project has the potential to begin very soon, and it has the potential for ongoing developmental work for it.
Its important for you to know everything the project will entail so you can estimate 1) how long it will take 2) how much it will cost.
