Developer needed for creating a responsive Woocomerce site

Woocommerce website needed for the entertainment business.
The website needs it to be CharactersforParty - is an aggregator website for childrens entertainment.
(UBER Like company but for the entertainment) working nationwide in the US

Clients (Parents) are booking costumed characters (Mascots, Mickey, Superheroes, Princesses, Santa Clauses, etc.) for their kids birthday parties.
The client should simply go to the website,
select the category of the product
Find the product, be able to read descriptions, watch videos and Pics and proceed to the booking

Since we work nationwide, the price depends on the location (zip code) and the duration of the booking. For example, Mickey mouse in Los Angles 1 hr cost $150, but the same product in New York would cost $185. If clients order Mickey for 2 hrs then the price should change for 2 hrs Mickey $250, but the same product in NY will cost $285


Because we are the aggregator website and not an actual performer, we are always available.
in other words, we can sell 200 mickeys for the same location and it is not a problem, because we work with lots of local vendors . If one vendor is booked we will call the other company till we find someone who can take this order.

The client should be able to book a character online without our help, it has to be easy fresh UX UI design, almost intuitively

We should be able to cross-sell , or upsell to the client with other products
(For example if a client book Mickey for 1 hr, we can always offer him a related product to that theme, in this case, would be Minnie, Goofy, Donald, etc. Maybe later we can offer the client a jumper or any other product we decide to cross-sell)

Date should be the same, but they can do different time.
For example Mickey 4/21 3-4PM and Minnie 4/21 4-5PM

Payment: The client pays only % deposit of the total reservation, the remaining balance, the client will pay on the day of the show in cash directly to the performer. In some rare cases, they can pay everything in full. But by default should be deposit %

FOR SEO Purpose:
Because we work nationwide we want to make sure our structure is SEO friendly , links are properly display
abc.com/keywords/state/city
Taxonomy should be generated dynamic , List of US Cities will be provided

Text must be also generated based on the city client selected and nearby cities should be shown .
Site must Mobile responsive
We will check on other mistakes that Google will ask us to fix

CRM API: Once the order is submitted, the client should get the reservation number, and this order should be transfer to our CRM Automation

Google and Facebook Pixel: should be installed. Making sure we see all events of the client, what they do and when they booked a character.
