I would like you to develop a platform where We as Admin will bring a subject where people(public) can debate/discuss or have criticism on it, but in the same time come with a better idea.

This is a simple web, where users can register, and they can comment, (dis)like, report, reply.
But als their will be a feature where the user can submit a subject to debate on it.
