developer needed for creating e-payment apps

This project mainly focuses on African customers.so,we dont need to worried about credit and debit card payment system.

A Mobile Apps that work well in Web, IOS and Android.

Programming Language: Use Spring boot in backend side and Open source language in frontend.

Mobile Side Requirement:

Design: A web app which wrapped by webview component. A dedicated background service should be run for receiving/sending msg from/to server side. The communication method between webapp and background service is IPC.
