Developer needed for creating iOS and Android app

We are developing desktop sharing and remote control solutions and need to port parts of an existing web-based application, which allows to manage and control remote computers, to mobile.

Actual remote control will be implemented later on top of that. Of course, if collaboration goes well, we would like to stick to you for that. Be warned that this will possibly require compiling and integrating some C++ code.

You will need to:
Get familiar with our web application
Get familiar with existing REST interfaces it uses for communication with the server
Integrate some communication libraries we have pre-written
Use our UI designers sketches as UI pattern
Implement the application and its user interface

Technicals:
We want the application to run native on iOS and Android, but avoid creating both apps as native apps, we want to share at least the logic part of the codebase.
Since we have already some reusable code in C# and typescript, we would like to have the app developed in Xamarin or React Native. We do have a slight preference for Xamarin because we already have some skills there.
You need to be familiar with GIT on gitlab.


The first prototype of the application, for whose implementation you apply, will implement the following functionality:
User login
Enlist and manage remote computers and folders (create folders, delete)
Search function for remote computers
View dashboards of computers (displaying computer state etc)
Permission management
Multilingual UI
