Developer needed for Decision-support Web Tool

We are a group of researchers at Arizona State working to design a website tool to help managers of roads make decisions about their assets. There will be discrete stages of development requiring either front-end or back-end development and we are looking for people who are interested in supporting any or all of the stages. The website tool will have 5 pages in which user inputs are used to dynamically calculate and visualize outputs. The back-end development will require creation and use of a database for storing values. Some outputs are calculated using PHP and some calculating from pre-written R code. I will share a document for mockups and descriptions of each page and stage of development with right person.
