Developer needed for gym tracker mobile application

Mobile app that tracks workout routines and custom exercises that a user may be given by a trainer, physiotherapist or other coach.

Key Features
There are about 25 simple screens using standard controls (buttons, text fields, check boxes etc).
A simple stats package is required to display weights, duration, repetitions etc as graphs.
Email is required to send a pdf report of exercise statistics.
It will support uploading of thumbnail images from the phones file system or directly from the camera.
I expect that that a database is required to store the exercise values rather than just a flat file.
There is a backup feature to the phone using XML.
Localization support for foreign languages
Separation of business logic from presentation layer (model / view / controller)
As well, support for setting up the clients environment to match the development environment is required.

Out of scope
There is no requirement for internet connection to servers.
No graphic design work is required. Client will provide all images.
No requirements gathering is required. Client will provide detailed BRD.
No reminders or notifications.
The app is intended to run entirely on its own on the phone, without internet connectivity.

Detailed screen mock ups are available once we move to the next stage of negotiations. Upon contract signing the developer will receive detailed requirements.
