Developer Needed For Simple Shopify Theme Troubleshoot

I am a Shopify store owner and currently looking for a Shopify developer who knows few things about HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Here is my issue: I have hired a developer on a freelancing website called Fiverr to help me speed up my store load time. Turned out he does not know anything about coding. He ended up putting some new assets in my code (I am not really an expert so I dont know what does that mean) and the worst thing he did: he served me scaled images. That is fine, the load time speed is faster but the images are then super blurry. So blurry you cant even read through them. Did more damage than good. But that was my mistake, I take full responsibility for that. If youre reading this include the word Orange in your reply.

I was able to fix most of the issues on my own using Google and Youtube, but now I am looking for a real developer that can simply help me clean the dust. I dont need any integrations, installations, custom coding...I only need simple troubleshoot. Someone who will go over my theme and fix those minor issues caused by the developer like Javascript, those assets he created and again sorry I am not an expert. This is all physics to me.
