The DELIVERABLE is to create a website, (the URL is already reserved for us) with the following characteristics (a deeper description will share with shortlisted candidates):
a. Page layout as described in Layout
b. Maintenance interface as described under Layout
c. Administrator interface, to allow growth, as described under Layout

The Site must be tailored to allow access from:
a. Web, using any common browser (Chrome, Safari, Netscape, etc)
b. Tablets, Apple and Android
c. Mobile devices, Apple and Android (MS optional)

Were looking for a FREELANCER with background in:
a. Web development
b. Limited database - support the tagging functions described in Layout
c. Graphic design - for web page layout, and some minor graphics work

We see this as an INTERACTIVE process. We welcome ideas and suggestions re specifics of the design, layout, operation and maintenance of this website. We want to be able to MAINTAIN it ourselves going forward, so we anticipate some discussion of what TOOLS (website wireframing, modelling, etc) we would need for both the Development and Maintenance stages.
