Developer needed to create Computer Vision App that: Detects Cars, Calls API and Stores to DB

The Detect, Call API and Store app is to be installed on a local Windows computer and should perform the following functions:

1. The app should automatically run all the time when the computer is on.

2. The computer is connected to a video camera that points to an entrance of a car parking area and records footage 24/7. The app should monitor this footage for cars that enter and cars that exit.

3. The app should detect all cars that enter or exit. When the app detects a car, it saves the image on the local computer with the license plate clearly in view.

4. The app sends a image to OpenALPR API in order for the license plate number and other information to be extracted from the image.

5. The results of the OpenALPR API call should be stored in a cloud-based database for easy access remotely
