Developer needed to integrate MailChimp with WordPress site

Ive just had a new website built for a consulting client and the developer hasnt been able to properly set up the MailChimp integration for newsletter sign-ups and e-book downloads. Its been 2 1/2 months, we have an active google AdWords campaign running and Im concerned were missing out on conversions.

My patience has run out and I need an expert to help fix this.
