Developer needed to recreate Wordpress template

I have a static custom Bootstrap template that I would like converted to a Wordpress theme. I am looking for a developer to use the css files to create the theme with the latest version of Wordpress.

Deliverables will be the ZIP folder of the site files, ready for me to deploy to my Wordpress site.
