Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Texas (BBBS) would like to centralize donor and fundraising operations data into their current Salesforce platform. The goal is a customized, functional equivalent or enhanced version of the existing databases currently used for Fund Development and External Relations. The databases currently used are Blackbauds ETapestry for donation management, and Sphere Kintera for peer to peer fundraising. The new system should include an online fundraising platform with a Salesforce integration to process online donations and feed into the donor and donation part of the Salesforce database.
