I run a maternity hospital in Nairobi, Kenya and as we scale up, I am looking to create a customizable Electronic Health Records software which can be utilized for our purposes. Type of freelancer should have experience creating and developing this kind of system, but also have a team and the necessary support to be able to provide training as well as assist with trouble shooting on a regular basis as well as further customization.
