Digital Mobile Student ID Mockups

We are seeking mock up samples for the creation of a mobile digital ID that will be created for a local high school. The purpose is to complement and/or replace the current use of physical ID cards, as these must be re-issued every year. We would like to commission 2-3 separate mock ups that display the following information:

1. Student Photo
2. School Name (logo optional)
3. School First and Last Name
4. QR Code (display fictitious student number also)
5. Student Grade
6 Birth Date (Optional)

Please ensure that mock ups display inside of a smartphone.
Budget has been set with the Toogit minimum of $5, so you must submit your bid.
