I am looking for someone to help me to understand excel formulas in the workbook which is real estate model(hotel and office). In adddition to that i also need to built a discounted cash fow model for a existing hotel and hotel development project. You will be working with me on skype to built the model. I need someone both has a advance level of excel and and understand real estate modelling. I prefer to work on skype with the person to explain me the things that i do not understand and build the model.
