****Short turnaround time is critical, 3-5 days.****
Draftsman/Designer with residential design experience needed. Must be able to receive sketches and turn them into construction plans and specifications.
Projects typically include: new homes, home interior and exterior revisions, garages, etc.
You will submit drawings to our engineering group and be available for changes per their direction.
Work flow estimated at approximately one project per week.
Florida code and statutes are obviously required to be followed, it is understood there could be a slight learning curve associated with this if you are out of state.
Final drawing submissions will be need to be approved by one of our Florida licensed engineers.
