DXF File to Surface Area with Javascript

* Task 1) Write function (preferably in Javascript) to calculate the surface area of a shape described in a DXF file.
* Task 2) Write a function (preferably in Javascript) that will calculate x% of the surface area (where x < 100) then display dimensions of the sub-area.
* sub-area function should be able to calculate x% from different directions (allowing the crew to choose where they wish to begin treating the surface area).
