Easements need to be documented for a 37 acre piece of land i am buying. Need an engineer and surveyor to determine the location of the sewer easement to connect from the subject property to the city sewer. Easement will go through the adjacent parcel to the city sewer (approx 1300ft away). Also need a street easement and waterline easement.
