Edit and create subtitles for several video's (Dutch language)

I have several short videos that need to get subtitles for YouTube and Vimeo and Facebook. Teh shortest videos are 1 to 2 minutes long, the longest are 15 to 20 minutes. I also have a 1,5 hour video with footage of RTL4 that we would like to edit and subtitle. Editing like creating a business video of a few minutes out of it, with quotes or interviews.
