Elasticsearch/Lucene DB expert

Experts in NOSQL, search oriented databases only need apply

Just database skills are not enough.

I am looking for a rockstar who knows Lucene based technologies in databases and how to leverage them in web applications.

I have a relational database that needs to be migrated to NOSQL database, along with building pipes for insert and updates, along with ability to search for information quickly. May require heavy lifting. Dont look at my budget. We can talk budget and scope.

For now, heres the tasks

1. Identify the best database technology for the use case
2. Migrate the relational DB to the new target database
3. Build necessary pipes for data upload
4. Build and tweak the ability to do fast searches in the database
5. Build and enhance the ability to index and tag the data for searching as needed.

Need a delivered oriented person. If you have not done this task before, you know this is not a learning platform. Must have worked in this type of environment before.
