Electrical/Electronic CAD engineer for collaboration on commercial AV & residential projects.

Ongoing work for design projects which include engineering and CAD drafting for the following systems:
* Home Automation
* Corporate Audio-Visual & Low-Voltage systems
* Lighting control systems
* Multiroom / Distributed audio
* 4K video distribution
* Home cinema
* Security systems and CCTV

You MUST have significant specific experience in the following:
* AV & Low-voltage CAD floorplan layouts
* AV & Low-voltage CAD or Visio Single line diagrams
Please provide some examples of work you have done on both the above.

Having additional experience in the following will increase your chances of working with us significantly:
* Experience on systems by Crestron, Control4, Lutron, Savant, ELAN, RTI, Extron, Kramer, URC and others.
* D-Tools
* AV detailed elevation and section drawings in CAD
* Schematic connectivity diagrams
* Rack elevation layouts
* Home cinema detailed designs
* Lighting control panel layouts
* Various documentation such as BOQs, cable schedules, and more.
Please provide some examples of work you have done on any of the above.

Note that if the applicant is experienced enough to bring in new work and clients, using our marketing material, references and experience, then he/she has the right to the income, in a kind of profit sharing scheme that we can agree on.

We will provide some standard templates, and help with some advise, but the applicant must be able to take the project requirements from clients and run with it, with as little guidance as possible.
