Electron App for medical practice (patient, inventory and billing management)

Were looking for individual or agency with Electron JS experience to create offline first app. One of major challenges would be DB synchronization across multiple clients (developer may suggest tech to solve this)

# Technical specs
* The App shall work as desktop app, developed with web technologies (Electron)
* Apps DB shall be kept locally (needs to work offline), on multiple PCs on intranet (synced) + synced to cloud
* The App shall work simultaneously on multiple computers on top of same data (needs to have locking/sync mechanism),
especially theres a need to access same patient CARD from 2 PCs, whilst editing it from both places - change shall be
shown immediately within intranet (sync peer-to-peer, even when offline, but on intranet)
* Login mechanism using Google Sign-In and email/password (email must be verified), there will be roles for users -
Admin (+access to everything, including reports and user management), Doctor (access to medical areas and stock)

Theres already basic ER diagram and screens design (can be shared upon request)
