Electron Desktop App

I urgently need to create an Electron Desktop App for only Windows 7 and Windows 10 environment. The requirement is for an internal corporate application. The App is required to read content from a folder path and present list of files to the user. Please see the attached wireframe for better understanding. The app must be responsive to browser/screen sizes.

We believe that wireframe diagram includes sufficient specification for the app. In our interview, we would like you to describe the understanding of functionalities from the wireframe diagram.


Deadlines:
We will need a fully functioning beta version for internal management review on 16th Apr. After completion of the review, incorporating feedback, the App should be completed by 23rd Jun.

You will be expected to work during Norwegian work hour (08:00-16:00 CET), attend meetings, and provide demo.
