Electronic Display: Programming, prototype creation, firmware etc.

We want to produce a small display to work in conjunction with a car manual gearbox/transmission. The primary purpose of the display is to show what gear the car is currently in. It will be used in a harsh environment, so needs to be very robust and reliable. Specifications as below. We require a working prototype (cost of hardware/PCB not included in contract price, will be paid additionally at cost to suppliers), including schematics, layout and coding.

- Serial/USB connector, for service only. Used to load correct voltage maps for different gearboxes/gear positions
