We are looking for an experienced web designer to develop a simple yet informative website for a company engaged in healthcare consulting in the USA. The ideal company would have at least 30 previous web design projects done. We are looking for easy-to-edit websites where we can make some minor changes easily using CMS. We will provide stock images if needed. Timely delivery is extremely important. We DO NOT pay anything in advance. 100% of the project is paid at 100% job completion. There are NO milestone payments.
