Enable DirectDraw Acceleration and AGP Texture Acceleration on Remote Desktop Windows 10 Pro System

I am after someone who can get DirectX DirectDraw Acceleration and AP Texture Acceleration working via remote desktop so a require application can run via Remote Desktop. The system is running Windows 10 Pro and has a NVIDIA GeForce GT 710 along with an onboard graphics card.

The DirectX works fine via IKVM using onboard graphics card, but as soon as I connect via remote desktop, I can not run a 3d application. I have this setup working fine on other systems in the past, but this one is proving troublesome.
