Engineer needed for structural modelling of building block

We are working a new type of building block, aimed at use for both inside (room dividers etc) but also as a replacement for the standard (masonry) brick.
We now want to model the performance of this brick. In order of priority, we ar looking for someone to do:
- the structural modelling (i.e. load bearing capacity of the individual brick or a single wall)
- the thermal modelling (i.e. how well would a wall thermally isolate)
- acoustic modelling (i.e. how much noise reduction does a wall provide)
