Engineer Permit drawings for Load Bearing Wall Rennovation

2 interior walls that we believe are load bearing with posts and a beam to span the gap and tie into the trusses in the ceiling with hangers.

Also, remove the exterior wall up front where the enclosed porch is and make sure the footing underneath the porch and tie ins to the house are sufficient for permits.

I will include photos of the trusses and ceiling joist.

Deliverable: Site Plan, Structural Wall Detail, Elevation, Proposed Floor Plan, demo plan for exterior wall, All General Notes.

To Produce permit ready drawings with stamp.
