Engineering developer in Los Angeles

Im applying for a grant/investment of $100,000 in the Los Angeles area and need a tech guy to help perform the initial stages of bringing it to market. The ideal candidate will have the expertise to work with the project and also have management skills, but that is negotiable. It requires a 4 month commitment involving a physical presence in Los Angeles, and there would be a consulting fee and the opportunity to get options.
The product is a small energy module based on flow for miniaturization for piping systems that can be integrated into smart building and smart city systems for water meters and sensors. 2 patents already granted that are relevant to this. Skills in making small 3D printed models useful. Electronic as well as electrical engineering useful. Some mechanical engineering useful, but we have that already available. We want IoT oriented people with related experience.
We can have 2 different people, who together have the needed skills in engineering and IoT.
