English Proficient Data Specialist for Research, Collection and Formatting of Profiles

The company is looking for freelancers who can search, collect and format bio/profile of people and Organisations.
The list of Contacts and Entities will be provided.

Skills needed: Internet research, writing, formatting (guide documents will be provided), and proficiency in English. The guideline documents, which will be send once the freelancer applies for the job, are key for giving the tests.

The job will involve a minimum of 30 hours per week. The required speed is three people/organisations per hour.

The Freelancer, who is selected, will have to fill up a time sheet on Toggl. Payment will be made according to productivity. Once selected, the first assignment will be a 100 profile (training period), paid as a Project payment on Toogit. Its will be for USD 234. The per hour rate of USD 6.7 for 33 hours of work (at the rate of 3 profiles per hour). Toogit commissions are factored in.

Once the 100 profile training period is over, the contract shifts to automatic hourly payment on Toogit.

Freelancers will have to take a test in English. Grammatically correct English writing skill is very essential. The test may involve two rounds of work, if rework is needed after the feedback. Ideally this should be completed within a week. There will be no payment during this process. Before starting on the tests, the guideline documents need to be understood clearly.

Given that the client is hands on with the project, we need quality work and adherence to strict timelines.

Following of instructions from the project manager, timely delivery, keeping in real-time touch through skype, updating of Timesheet without lag, will be very important for this job.
