Enhancement for Participants Database (WordPress plugin)

I am looking for a seasoned professional with PHP, HTML, MySQL and CSS talent and experience, preferably with experience in the Participants Database, version 1.9.5.8, plugin provided by xn*au webdesign, with reference because that is the premium plugin we use in our WordPress website (in development) and it needs some enhancement here and there.

We also licensed and deployed the add-ons for this Participants Database plug-in:
1. Participants Database Combination Multi Search, version 2.1.3
2. Participants Database Field Group Tabs, version 1.12
3. Participants Database Locations Map, version 1.5.1,

Outline
Main purpose for this participants database implementation is the ability to display branch info via various geo-maps and various listings and a more intelligent way to enter data in the database from a user perspective.

Main deliverables:

1. under the hood enhancements so that the (single) Marker Info Template (Participants Database Locations Map add-on) is capable of data visualization in a number of different situations as the standard Marker Info Template does not allow such coding. This should be done most probably with enhancing the PHP instructions of the pdb-list-dynamicmap-default.php file.
2. under the hood enhancements so that dynamic information from within a Field Group can be used as content for a form element in the same or another Field Group. This should be done most probably with enhancing the PHP instructions of the participants-database.php and subsequent files.
3. CSS coding for (1) and (2) resulting in a perfect user experience.

Additional project files will be uploaded for the right candidate.
