We are looking for someone to enhance our current zendesk integration. Enhancement features include but not limited to setup help desk ticketing process, create placeholders for video help content, enable help access from various touch points in our application etc. Candidate must be able to work independently and also come up with proposals for utilizing Zendesk efficiently.
