Enterprise Template Website Application Architecture Consultant

We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Architect who can review our current infrastructure and application solution for our websites and provide us with an implementable blue-print plan for how to overhaul or extend our existing application architecture in order to:
a) Remedy the current performance issues
b) Scale this solution to support tens of thousands of additional active customers.

The solution proposed must include both an architectural configuration and a proactive monitoring tool for performance and up-time management.

It is imperative that the website render within 2 seconds of a request. Currently, each request is a defined domain URL that when routed to the web server triggers the web app to request the data components to support the customer and then returns those data elements to the web server. The web app then dynamically generates a single page, multi-navigable website.

The initial engagement is to identify problems with our existing approach and propose architecture for a better solution. The longer term plan will be to help us implement the solution.
